Refund Policy
Fiona & Jen have very deliberately kept workshop fees reasonable for participants. We know you will understand that we have costs associated with running a workshop and again, we try to keep these costs to a minimum. We trust you will understand then why we have the following refund policy in place.
- A full refund will be issued if the workshop is cancelled due to enforced regulations (eg. Covid-19 pandemic restrictions).
- A full ‘change of mind’ refund will be given before 45days prior to event start date.
- A $100/day refund will be given for participants called out to, or arriving late from a birth. Please note, it is expected that, for those on call for birth, that contingency plans have been made enabling you to return to the workshop group asap after attending to the birth.
